Thyme is a very powerful and strong oil that should be properly dilluted at all times, in a carrier oil - if not, one risks (very) ![serious skin irritation.
The best way to use thyme essential oil is to evaporate.
Together with cinnamomum, thyme was proven to be the strongest agent against MRSA in 2010 research.
The photograph is my own.

Succes :)

Oh my, this is exactly what I was thinking a the time but wasn't hundred percent sure of. Both my daughters and myself harbour a antibiotic resistant strep in our lungs due to our suppressed immune systems when ever we get a bit of a down spot then this strep climbs out guns blazing and we get pneumonia, severe cold symptoms and so on. currently we have to triple the dosage for any antibiotics given for our chest infections which only cause more damages to our bodies in the long run.

I have resulted to take it back into my own hands and treat us with herbal medicines as far as possible this winter. I am hoping that if I can get the three of us through this winter without too many antibiotics then our immune systems might be able to fight the harboring strep in our lungs by itself.

Oh i am so sorry to hear that! I will be back for this soon i have got some tips for you
