La rectas lineales es lo mas simple (y aburrido) que podemos encontrar en la arquitectura, pero si lo sabemos usar podemos crear fantásticas creaciones.
Podemos jugar con las lineas, texturas, colores y materiales para diseñar algo mas que edificios rectos y grises que hizo el hombre hizo a lo largo de la ciudad, buscando organización.
Se pueden usar las lineas repetitivas en las fachadas del edificio, como también en planta.
Ya sean formas simétricas o disparejas con las lineas, son capaces de crear edificios complejos.
Personalmente, me gusta diseñar con curvas, pero existen demasiados diseños con lineas rectas muy creativos. En mi cuidad no he visto, o no recuerdo haber visto ningún edificio curvo y créanme mi cuidad es pequeña y la conozco casi toda. Pero hay muchos edificios rectos en los que los arquitectos le dieron movilidad jugando con las formas por ejemplo el edificio Insignia ubicado en Maracaibo, Venezuela.
