When the rapeseed flower blooms, the fields are of a rare beauty. It looks like the sun had pour down its brilliance over these endless fields.
These beautiful fields reunited like a golden sea are densely populated by bees, insects and birds.
This is one of my watercolour paintings inspired by this wonderful golden sea.

Of course fields of rapeseed flower doesn't have anything in common with fields of barley (maybe only birds and insects), but painting this watercolourcolor I couldn't get out of my mind Sting performing his beautiful song Fields of Gold. :)
