While it is hard to compete with free stuff, it's no guarantee that freebies would get those artists some conversion. Your art style is different from others out there. If a publisher wants your style, they would seek it out because it fits their preference and not just some other freebie out there. It's commendable that you still keep posting here sharing your work. I don't browse the site often but when I see your name pop up on my newsfeed I do upvote. Good luck on your venture :D
