Hello everyone ,

A little over a year ago, I was given some adult coloring books for my birthday....
Must admit that when I first looked at them, I was a bit overwhelmed, but was told it’s a relaxing and very therapeutic hobby, so I decided to give it a go.

This was my first book...
I’ll be sharing my finished work with you and hope that you like it.

And this was my first ever, completed page.
I must admit, I found it very relaxing, specially whilst listening to soft meditation music, and I’d been hooked on it ever since.
And I now set time aside specially for it a few times through the week.
