Paladin’s Blossoms

Description:

Whenever a world is destroyed, the first living things to emerge are Paladin’s Blossoms. These unique creatures are neither plants nor animals. Cultivated by the ancient spirits, the guardians of the multiverse, these little fellows are used as seeds to restore the life where the one is completely destroyed. The Spirits wander the multiverse and sow these little creatures on the planets. They lay dormant and are activated once the grand calamities occur. Every now and then, someone gets so lucky to find one. Whoever holds one is instantly blessed by Paladin's holy energy. There are many types of these, and each of one them gives unique boosts and supportive spells to the one who holds it. They could be used through many multiverse games or could be collected as collectibles.

Story:

Eterna was one of many planets left in ruins after the devastating civil wars that occupied a hundred worlds. Everything was burned to the ground, and the planets were destroyed one by one, until very few were left. Eterna was one of the last planets that remained but was soon engulfed in the same civil war, between Hyperion-Helix and the opposing forces, that left so many worlds in ruins.

The sacred Paladin order, an order that sacrificed the life of a common folk to become a life bringer and healer of life, were left in despair in the face of these unfortunate events. For the last time, the council was assembled to discuss the future and the decision was made. Every Paladin gave his word to save the multiverse once the multiverse is completely destroyed, and by this, to make the ultimate sacrifice. Every each and one of them would conduct himself to a sacred and one in a lifetime ritual, a ritual that will bring the end to a paladin's life, but the end that will yield a new life, a seed, a blossom. The last planet was eventually destroyed bringing all the inhabitants with it to a bitter end as well as the opposing alliances. At the same time, the sacred ritual was occurring.

Since hundreds of rituals were occurring at the same time, the energy that was produced was of so enormous proportions that this created a supernova event. The even that could be seen from anywhere in the known multiverse.

Unfortunately, no one was there to see it, but the small spirit-like creatures that are neither the part of the matter nor out of it, are neither living or unliving creatures.

In its explosion, the supernova sent seeds across the multiverse until each one of them found its home on so many devastated planets. The seeds would eventually emerge giving life to what is now known as a Paladin’s Blossoms. These Blossoms are the first living creatures to rise from the ashes, giving life to everything after it. Throughout the ages these blossoms are cultivated and bred by the spirit creatures that were the only witnesses of these events. These spirits now serve as gardeners of the Paladin's Blossoms and are cultivating them where a world is destroyed. Through the eons they mastered their craft and today there are tens of different Blossoms, each one for the unique types of planets, climates, and substrates.

The effect:

When one has it in his wallet in-game, he gets a special ability depending on the type of the blossom he has. There is the main one,

The Blossom of Light:

This blossom is the rarest and was the first to exist. Some beings call them the Paladins themselves. Their unique genetic composition is used for the procreation of other types of blossoms. They can be used to restore life everywhere. These blossoms not only are the first living creatures to emerge but they also can affect the climate, restoring the balancing composition of elements that constitute the wind, water, ground, etc. This blossom can increase all kinds of stats, such as healing, speed, resistance and simialr skills.

The Earth Blossoms:

This one is pretty much self-explanatory. And is the second one to be bred out of the Light Blossoms. They give rise to the ground creatures that inhabit the soil. To the one who has them, they increase the resistance to physical damage.

The Wind Blossoms:

This blossom gives life to all aerial creatures. It increases the speed, evasion, and endurance.

The Water Blossoms:

This blossom gives life to all water creatures. It increases the resistance against magic damage.

The Fire Blossoms:

This blossom gives life to every area that is destroyed particularly by the fire and/or high temperatures. To the one who holds it, it increases the resistance to negative spells and debilitating skills, such as poison, sleep, bleed, slow, etc.

It is said that there are many more of these blossoms and that they exist as a combination of the mentioned ones, but are so rare that little is known about them.
