I have been so scared to put up a price but demand are getting bigger and I can't continue making art for free. I need to survive too..

Few months ago, I set up a page for my skill. I called my pesona, Mug. It was @darryljonesjr, @v1tko and @chugsonjoe 's idea to use Mug since my game character name is Mugpie. Took me almost 24 hour setting up due to choosing name. I really love Mugpie but a page is already up with that name and they are a band.

As Mug, I venture into art business. I took photos, doing video editing and finally I do graphic designing.

I wish I can make a living out of this but I know how hard it is being a designer. People doesn't understand the need to pay a designer for a design. Sometimes, they rather have a black and white, Microsoft Word made design than paying a designer for a beautiful design.

One more thing that's always been my concern towards this industry is that the amount of designing app that you can download for free and make your own design just by clicking on templates you like. How am I going to compete with that?

Just so you know, the demand stop, once I put up a price. This is a proof that people are not willing to pay for art. While other businesses start seeking me out for a collaboration, the demand for good art decreases. These company too, working in the art field, is trying to expand through my business. I just wish people around me understand the value of art and understand the effort I give during the process of creating arts.
