My answers to questions, and a detailed description of my working materials

in art •  7 years ago

Good afternoon, my friends! So, some of you asked me questions about what and how I draw! Now I will answer you!

How long have you been drawing?

I paint since 2012

Until this time, I draw and improve, I can not say how many years it takes for such a drawing, since initially everyone will not be able to draw well, this improves with time, with every new work progress is visible.

How many years have passed for you to learn how to draw like that? Did you go to art school? What do you use to draw? On what paper do you draw?

Went as a child in thin. school, in the age of 11 and then not for long and we did not draw people, but only children's drawings, landscapes and all that.

In general, in detail, I have in my group what I use, but I can say the main thing. Graphite pencils two sets of Faber Kastel and Koch and Nor softness from 2h-8b, mechanical pencils for small parts, feathering is pressed paper in the form of a pencil, an eraser, a nap, a white pen, a black liner is a type of black ink pen and draw on matte photo paper.

Now I will write about my materials, and add photos

I want to briefly describe my working equipment, to whom this information will be useful. Many want to know what the artists are creating their masterpieces, so I will reveal my secrets to you than I create my drawings.

1.-Pencil Mechanical Rotring Rod Diameter 0.35mm HB I paint fine details

2.-Pencil Mechanical Rotring Rod Diameter 0.5mm 2B

3.-Pencil Faber Castell 0,7 mm 2B almost do not use

4.-Pressed paper. It is used for feathering of lead and pastels. Itself has not tried to use them, only today I bought this charm)

5.-Eraser-shoe Faber Castell crumples like plasticine, really cool thing, must have every artist

6.-Slate pencil Cretacolor 8B is very soft, I use for dark areas

7.-Centropen Liner Pen 0.1mm and Uni Pin 0.3mm is a chrome handle you can say I use in the basics for dark glare eg for the eyes, eyelashes

8.-White gel pen Sakura Gelly Poll I use for white highlights) eyes, hairs

9.-Pencils Koh-i-Nor 8b-2h and Faber Castell 8b-2h are the most basic tools they create all the drawings

10.-Matte photo paper Lomond is a one-sided matte photographic paper A4 with a density of 230 g / m3. I paint almost all A4-size portraits on photographic paper, as its smooth surface allows fine-tuning fine details. I'm not working on the photo-side. But keep in mind that in the beginning it is more difficult to draw on it than on an ordinary paper because of the difference in the texture of the paper.

That's all my modest inventory which I create my "masterpieces". I hope to someone this information will be useful.

Hi think you for sharing this great post and you are talented, please I have one question : I heard that The highest quality black lead pencil, the Japanese Tombow Mono drawing pencils come in 17 grades of hardness. These pencils feature the unbreakable high-density graphite lead and smooth varnished finish. Having a high-point strength, this pencil allows for a wonderful coverage. You have any idea about it ?

Yes of course thank you!
