Cubism brought different views of subjects usually objects and figures together in the same picture, which appeared a fragmentes and abstracted picture.

           WHAT INSPIRED CUBISM?

Mostly influenced by the artist Paul Cezanne in which can be seen to be painting thing from different points of view

Thank you for the post. I was looking for some opinions about cubism in fashion. This technique from Alba Prat seems interesting, do you know how it is made? I also write about fashion, would you like to check my blog?

I don't get much of this art. Art deco is nice, but cubism and abstract art just looks weird. I get they wanted to break rules but I don't think it works

It comes really interesting to know different opinions about this art style cause I find it very attractive and art you just have to feel it!

Yeah, actually looking at them again I can see why people would like them.

Everything experimented upon lays way for future generations to take the art form to the next level. Even if you consider cubism a failure, it's influence is cemented in history for people to alter or improve.

i love the later phase synthetic cubism - the colors really connect to me some way.
