    i practice reiki energy healing, and when i do henna, I try to channel from the Divine Spirit. I pray over the desig and try to really capture the essence of the person that I am doing henna on. Spiritually henna is associated with luck, wealth, fortune and love. It's also very meditative, and I get lost in a trance most times. Also you can insribe magical runes, sigils and other mystical symols to really elevate the experience
