Working digitally presents it's challenges and one of them is procurement of texture of which there are many apps available depending on what the artist thinks is necessary.

Your eyes are magic! I see these funny patterns too everywhere and attach meaning to it. On walls and roofs and the sky too. Mostly human faces, maybe because that's my kind of art.

The Tulip is indeed an elegant and beautiful flower to base anything on. I love the drawing over the Sky to begin with because something about the drawing overlapping the border catches they eye. As if exceeding the boundaries is so jarringly unexpected.
With regard to textures, I don't know how famliar you are with layer blending. It looks as if you are :O). I often find textures/backgrounds on pixabay and then experiment with different blending modes and layer opacity to get the effect I want.
But ssh, don't give away my secret that I spend time on my illustrations ;O)
