My First Mosaic Collage Art

I wanted to try my first Mosaic Collage Art with a new two dimensional Packaging Algorithm and OpenCV.
This is my try at Mosaic Art of Sri Narendra Modi (Prime Minster of India).

I've used this image as the Big Picture.

Since I've used only 300+ images for the Mosaic, the Art is glitchy.
I'll post a more cleaner version soon.
