Broadcast error problem

Dear All,
I am apologize for this unfortunate circumstance which is generate in the time of uploading the post,
The "Broadcast Error' is generating and the post not upload, and after few time letter i show the all post are uploaded at a time and all post receive 4-5 upvote,
That is why i am unable the delete the posts.

Again i am say sorry sorry sorry,

If any body help me on it?
