Hip Hop will make you tidy your bedroom!

Here's a clip from a news story the BBC did about my Hip Hop project 'Breaking Boundaries'. The project provides access to Hip Hop skills such as breaking, deejaying, emceeing, beatbox and writing (graffiti) for young people from a wide range of backgrounds. It's not just about learning skills though, through events, competitions and socialising, Hip Hop is a world wide culture that has many benefits that cross into our 'normal' everyday lives, yeah, even bedroom tidying!!

I've been involved in Hip Hop culture for around 35 years now, I cannot imagine my life without it. It's great to see the difference it can make to people, especially those struggling with life and those living in adverse conditions. I am using this steemit account to help fund the future of the project as we have been a victim of the funding cuts here in the UK. Of course our government can spend millions on war, but at the same time cut funding that provides vital support for the next generation here :(
