Hello, everyone!
Another one of my BTS fanarts, and another one of Kim Taehyung. This one I made a few months ago with Sakura Micron Pens in a style I always wanted to try and I really love the way it turned out.
The title of this piece, "Singularity", is inspired by their song released in 2018, the intro to their album "Love Yourself: Tear" which has the same name as the title listed here, and it talks about the pain of losing yourself in the process of wearing masks to gain other people ( "Have I lost myself or have I gained you?", lyrics from "Singularity" ), and how he is trying to find himself again in "the lake" he threw himself in. The MV for it is reall artistic, the dance is so meaningful too, so these were the direct inspirations for this fanart.
