    that's not the way things are done at Steemit

    You have to create friendship and it does so first by commenting on posts
    and blogs you like, getting to know others and letting them get to know you
    You have to start there and remember not to ask to give you upvote
    Learn from the good deeds and ask for help when you feel like it
