There is a french forum from jeuxvideo.com called "BlaBla 18-25" Known in the country to be "The french 4Chan".


These guys love the meme El Risitas:

In his honnour, they started making images with his face to use it as "emojis" on the forum.  This big community created a massive bank of funny images about this guy: ( +2000 images)
