Jim Carrey Talks Art, Vulnerability in New Mini Documentary

in art •  7 years ago  (edited)

Jim Carrey reveals his more vulnerable side and love of art in new mini documentary, 'Jim Carrey: I Needed Color.'

Only 6 minutes long but packs a lot of deep thoughts, creations and color into its short span. Carrey’s creations span clay sculptures, life-size paintings, drawings, and collages.

“I think what makes someone an artist is they make models of their inner life,” Carrey said. “They make something come into physical being that is inspired by their emotions or their needs or what they feel the audience needs.”
