This is just a second angle. I enjoy building shrines and alters . "To what?" , you may ask. Well, all sorts of things really. Life and death. Memory and concepts. They are more like reflections of my mind. Each piece having it's own meaning, and then all the pieces coming together having a collective meaning. It is a way for me to organize my thoughts, pull them out of my mind, and manifesting them into the physical world.

This is what I believe to be the very basis of magic, real magic. Not illusions, but bending the world to your will, through concentrated thought processes, and in turn them manifesting. I do intend on explaining more on this topic in the near future. I will go further in depth with what I am talking about, but it will require many entries as it is not easily explained nor understood. Still, if that sound like something interesting yo you and would like to hear more make sure to follow my blog.

Very inspirational work! I love your concept of building many shrines and alters. I myself have many, I have alters to several of my Norse gods and goddesses as well as shrines to ancestors and wights. Your photography is worth a follow, thanks for sharing! Here is one of my many altars, let me know what you think.

Oh yes, very nice indeed. I definitely appreciate the Nordic runes. Thanks for the kind comments.
