Genius of the Masses

Intellectual properties should not be rare in Estates. The opportunities the Internet has now for testing out ideas is going to bring out the genius of the masses. Ideas no longer have to compete against intellectual constraints. They can be structured from a lifetime of experiences to find a place that just one personal statement can fill to prove its value.
What makes intellectual properties valuable is their response to a constantly evolving world. It may take more than one lifetime for that value to surface and that is why the Estate must detail each one.
The time it takes to become valuable will still be less than with the age-old selection process of going through filters that decide on what the need for an idea is, first, before letting it surface. Artificial Intelligence will train itself, with a little instruction, in the topics best suited for identifying ideas with yet unheard of needs.
The breakup of the intellectual properties in my Estate into structures for mass participation that target their support for this training priority assures that its intellectual properties will have value.
