A “process work” is now filling https://www.facebook.com/greatknot with memes for all Woodstock'94 tags that have production stats. This is leading up to the first “great giveaway” of epoxy prints during the walk-through of the Great Knot done each year for the Saugerties Artists Studio Tour.
The items given away demonstrate the concept that http://www.greatknot.com/2.html begins with, in showing a mechanistic approach to creating sequentially varying colors in prints. The document at this link sums up of the complete body of work on the theme of sequential degradation and generation through a systemic art, and projects valuable uses of this art into the future.
These uses are in a transition of this systemic art into an all-digital form using ideas developed around blockchain technology. That approach is specifically intended to examine methods of converting the value of artworks into the token currency concept of this technology.
This is related to the planning of an estate where intangible assets are integrated into the identity of these tokens. The present Woodstock'94 tag's stat memes on a Facebook page begins to test if a highly distributed group, working autonomously, can build value in a rare collectible.
This relates to estate planning by attribution. The concept that created the rare collectible is intended to have the future development potential implied by the outcome of the test.
