Some Art - The Evil Within

in art •  7 years ago  (edited)

Heya guys I'm back once again to with another eye based drawing! Don't really have any inspiration for this piece, was just messing about a bit. Reminds me a lot of classic exorcism movies, hence the title.

Either way I hope you guys like it and follow me for more!!! If you have any feedback I'd love to hear it!

Now i want to learn this amazing art with pencil. How you make this ? Can you give me some tips ?

I'm not an amazing teacher but the tips I'd give is, sketch out ever so lightly what you want to draw, so all the important outlines and then start mapping out details you'd want to add so you know where you want them. Then with the shading start with the lightest and boldest parts first, so for mine I'd do the pupil and then all the areas I want to add shade. Then start building layer by layer, slowly getting darker so that there's no harsh changes in shade and it'll look more natural.

Thank you so much for giving me such a good tips i will try to make sketches.

love the attention to details ! great work !

Once I turn this to the right, it looks great :)
The shadow by the hands work nicely to give me that sense of depth, even though space would seem very tight.

The pupil could be a bit more constricted since you don't have a body to step back in awe or disgust at what is happening the pupil would give us that response. In my mind, I am seeing like when the anime people are in pain or going berzerk.

As usual great work , makes me want to stop being lazy and learn to draw something. Maybe a hat for my stickman? a skull hat of course.

There you go, now there's no need to turn the screen! Those are good thoughts, I appreciate the feedback i'll try and incorporate some more depth next time round and hopefully add a bit more edge. I can see where you're coming from with the anime type pain! I'm glad you enjoy it and i love the feedback, i'll be sure to post up more soon.

The updated one looks even better :)

Its superb amazing work.
