"Chaos does not mean total disorder. Chaos means a multiplicity of possibilities. Chaos is from the ancient Greek words that means a thing that is birthed from the void. And it was about that which is possible, not about disorder."

Today I would like to show you some progress shots of a somewhat 'different' painting from me. It is called "Oh no, you pushed the wrong button" and is inspired by a photo from a riot which happened in Barcelona.

I am not a big fan of showing my disagreement with violence, so the title for the painting plays a bit with the idea wether or not riots are a good thing. This painting is quite 'raw' and I was happy that it came through that way. Sometimes, there are paintings which feel like aliens in my oeuvre. But I always welcome them... they tell me strange secrets about otherworldly connections.

Take care my friends...and don't forget to
DISOBEY! :-)

I always start with no plan...pure Anarchy ;-)

You can still see the background through the figures...

You must take personal responsibility. You cannot change the circumstances, the seasons, or the wind, but you can change yourself. That is something you have charge of.

Bravoo! Great one, despite story of a Barcelona riot it brings in me some scenery from some apocalyptic future..

this is an awesome painting man. love the textures. Composition also works really good with the circles above mirroring the form of the tire

🤔 It is always a good plan to start without a plan! 🤯My way of working also.

Extremely imaginative!
