All actions occur in the "World of Warp", which is located in the original Universe 616. Also, all actions take place on Earth, which is in the "World of Warp". It all started when Peter, Uncle Ben Parker and Aunt May Parker were attacked by Goblin (Green Goblin (Norman Ozborn) + Night Werewolf (Jack Rassle)). Goblin kills Aunt May and Uncle Ben. Immediately after this, Peter was saved by the "ancient deity of the spiders," who promised Parker a powerful force if he became their avatar in the human world. After that, the main character received extraordinary abilities. And so the Arachknight appeared.
After 15 years, Peter became the head of a corporation called "Parker Industries", combining the board with a superhero career. During this time, Parker defeated Michael Morbius (Morbius + Robert Michael). It turned out that the Knight has only 4 personalities, which were:
- Spiderman
- Moon Knight
- Head of Parker Industries
- scientist who adores science
Learning about the characters of the main character, Harry Russle (Harry Ozborn + Black Tarantula) helps the Spiderman in his heroism. Going to see Harry's father, the guys run into Goblin. Russle asks Peter to stop and not go after Goblin. However, Parker does not listen to his friend and is going to kill the monster that killed his family. Accepting the identity of the Moon Knight, the main character ruthlessly attacks Goblin, almost killing him. Unfortunately, the Knight was stopped by Harry, who did not give his friend revenge. It turned out that Goblin is the natural father of Russle. Struck by the betrayal of a friend, Peter went to the Manor of the Mansion to find out that Harry was telling the truth. After some time, Parker took on the identity of the head of Parker Industries corporation to solve problems on the board of directors. Unfortunately, everything goes awry when the Goblin broke into "Parker Industries", grabbed the main character and jumped out the window. The Arachknight manages to defeat the Goblin. Also, Peter almost succeeds in delivering a decisive final blow, but at the last moment Harry stops him, asking him to spare his father. While Parker was choosing what to do next, Russ turned into a Green Goblin (Green Goblin (Harry Ozborn) + Night Werewolf (Jack Russle)) and disappeared in an unknown direction. The main character forgives Norman Russle (Norman Ozborn + Black Tarantula), promising to correct what happened to Harry.
