From pencil Art to coloured pencil Art

Good evening steemit friends! I have my drawings earlier ago this morning with a "lucky fish dragon", and before that dragon, i also mentioned and post this colorful fish, which i failed to finish it. After my work in warehouse at 5 pm, i decided to continue the drawing, and im glad i done it well. Its not the best drawing, but im proud doing my artwork, i've learned, if i failed, i must continue to draw it to see where i came short.

My work in progress.

Step 1. I have the colorful fish in half done, i sketch the fins with a 0.5 mechanical pencil.

Step 2. I apply a light blue color on the fin.

Step 3. Dark blue color for the 2nd color on fin.

Step 4. Apply black color.

Step 5. Apply light yellow color.

Step 6. Apply medium dark yellow.

Step 7. Apply orange color.

Step 8. Apply black color on the fish scale.

Step 9. Highlight again the upper fin.

Step 10. Proceed coloring the tail, Apply yellow color.

Step 11. Apply light green color.

Step 12. Apply light blue.

Step 13. Apply dark blue.

Step 14. Use black color for the details in tail, and to mouth.

Step 15. Apply light blue on fish scale.

Step 16. Apply dark blue.

Step 17. Use 0.5 mechanical pencil to draw the scales.

Step 18. Proceed to the lower fin, apply light yellow color.

***Step 19. Use black color for the details.

Step 20. Use black ang gray color for the details on small fins.

Step 21. Apply light green color on the lower fin.

Step 22. Darken the details on small fins with black color.

Step 23. Included my name.

Step 24. Add steemit logo., and its done!
