Процесс очень долгий, на самом деле. В учебных заведения - нет, не учат. Кажется, в театральных училищах учат на художников по куклам, но это другое все-же. Я училась сама, когда в сети был один мк на китайском🤦🏼♀️ . А сейчас информации много очень. И некоторые мастера частным образом обучают.
