There are many sites that a graphic artist can use to make a living on line but what if you're an artist that can't make it on-line based on censorship or down right poor business choices made by some of the larger sites like Fiveer. I am not trying to single out fiveer but have known more than one artist who has been shunned by the site for simply doing what the customer ordered, within the deadlines and requirements. This was done simply because the client paying on the other side of the agreement was worth more in the eyes of the hosting site than the artist who did exactly as they were supposed to.
Let's face it, if you're an online artist that relies on sites like fiveer to make a living you really can be up a creek without a paddle if the customer decides they don't want to pay for services provided by you the artist. This isn't saying that anything is wrong with your work or you did anything wrong. I've found most of the time it is just greed by the customer or the hosting site who would rather discount the artist reputation than lose the fee's made on the clients. Not a good way to run a business nor a good work environment for any artist to have to work in. All hope is not lost for any graphic artist that wants to make a career doing what they love on-line.
That answer could be Blocklancer. Blocklancer is a decentralized blockchain for on-line graphic artist to get jobs and be paid for them in a safe environment as well. Token holders on the blocklancer network will be the ones who vote to decide if the artist is in the wrong or the customer must pay their smart contract. Blocklancer token holders will also make commissions on each job completed on the blockchain.
This is the reason I have supported the blocklancer.net ICO and will keep my tokens in the blocklancer network to help make the on-line art industry a better safer place for artist to work.
