Downtown Black Bear Sculptures

Every year people create Black Bear Sculptures to decorate the streets of our downtown. Since live Black Bears are often seen in our mountains, they are appropriate decorations for this area. The city has an auction in the Fall to find new homes for these bear Sculptures before cold weather and snow descend upon the mountains.
Until then, they are welcome sights to tourists and local people walking
