If you watch any of John Cleese's interviews (and you should, because he is a smart and wise person with an interesting view on life, and also a great comedian), then you should know that creativity comes to you when you shut off your conscious. And sitting in a field and listening to rustling grass helps me tremendously to do that. Letting your thoughts go in any direction, while watching the clouds above you. I could spend hours doing that without noticing the time go by.
