Dreaming of becoming an artist

I've made some portraits of people in the past (will post some later) but this is my first animal portrait. I made it for family. They send a picture of the painting to a magazine regarding their dog's breed. The caption reads: 'We have asked Germa van Maaren to paint our Flatcoated Retriever Flat Castle's Beautiful Blue Ocean and didn't want to keep this stunning result from you.'
