Just read that instead of addressing the Houston victims, he went on and on about his supporters and start rallying (https://qz.com/1065191/hurricane-harvey-trump-did-a-mini-campaign-rally-in-houston-and-failed-to-express-sympathy-for-flood-victims/) and he removed Obama's flood protection law just before the hurricane hits (http://www.businessinsider.sg/trump-reversed-obama-flooding-regulations-before-hurricane-harvey-2017-8/)
