A myth that promises an encounter with your predestined soul mate, a love story that has lasted over the centuries, its exact region of origin is uncertain, one can only be sure that it comes from Asia.

I'm talking about the legend of the red thread, which assures that the gods unite two souls with an invisible red thread, destining them to be lovers, regardless of the time, place or circumstance. Therefore, this magic cord can be stretched or entangled, but it can never be broken.

One of his many versions quotes this

A long time ago, an emperor learned that in one of the provinces of his kingdom lived a very powerful witch, who had the ability to see the red thread of destiny and had it brought to his presence. When the witch arrived, the emperor ordered her to find the other end of the thread tied to her little finger and take it to his wife. The witch agreed to this request and began to follow and follow the thread. This search led them to a market, where a poor peasant woman with a baby in her arms offered her products. When he reached this peasant girl, he stopped in front of her and invited her to stand up. He brought the young emperor up to him and said, "Here ends your thread," but when he heard this, the emperor was enraged, thinking it was a mockery of the witch, pushed the peasant woman who still carried her little baby in her arms and made her fall, causing the baby to make a big wound on her forehead, ordered her guards to stop the witch and cut off her head. Many years later, the time came for this emperor to marry and his court recommended that he should marry the daughter of a very powerful general. He agreed and the wedding day came. And when he first saw the face of his wife, who entered the temple with a beautiful dress and a veil that covered her completely.... When he lifted it, he saw that this beautiful face had a very peculiar scar on his forehead.
