What:
The desert marihd is a large mutated double-stinger scorpion. They can grow to massive sizes, and stealthily dominate the desert dunes, crag lands, and wildernesses of T'nah. Some have even been large enough to hunt and feed upon horses and kamels!
Who:
This piece was created as a promotional piece for Promised Sands, by Harsh Realities. It was one of the first pieces generated for the Setting since the marihd is so symbolically linked to the world of T'nah.
How:
This piece was originally a pencil sketch, but quickly took on a life of it's own in Photoshop. I worked it over and over until I was happy with it.
