My interpretation
This is my interpretation and I would love to know how you understand it. Please don’t let my examination over power your investigation of my artwork.
Two individuals needing each other sharing life but knowing there will be a seperation. Keeping your self fighting on to the struggles of life.
Holding on to the things you treasure but knowing it’s always slipping away. Holding on to your understanding of the world and changing when truth comes.
Valuing life and learning we are in the same boat, we are all vulnerable but strong.
Dear Steemians
Thank you again on this discovery into human action, gaining a better glimpse into choices we make.
I hope you enjoy my art and PLEASE I would love to know your interpretation of this painting moreover it will give us all a better understanding.

The opening of a door pulling apart the one from the other. Each shape feels unfolded as if letting go of the things that hold you back from enjoying the connection. Leaving you open and vulnerable to the truth of love.

OK. So I read the title and went to take a look. I want to give you honest feedback and if I read your interpretation first I could be influenced.
I did not see attachment at all, except for the paint on canvas. I like the painting, would love to have it in my living room, but had a really hard time with the name.
But there it is, isn't it? Top, near center. The point of exchange, the attachment. I didn't even see it until I read your description.

Hi @harj, I'm afraid I'm lost in all the different images. Some of them seem to be B&W renderings of the one at the top, then there are what appear to be close ups of segments, but then they don't seem to match,
If I were you, I'd simplify this, take out some of the clutter so there are less images for us to look at and 'interpret'.
I'm not much on abstract art, as you might guess, but in general, I like the feel of what I believe is the central image.

This is interesting ! It reminds me of a stage curtain ( maybe because I was an actress in the past :) ,don't know ). It seems to me that on the other side of the curtain there are different sources of light. With one side of the stage is a bright and passionate light from the lamp on the ceiling or high street lamp. On the other hand it is not a bright table lamp with soft light. But still , I think this curtain of two very different halves will open and we will see the essence,we will see something real,something hidden deep inside ... :) this is my opinion,my interpretation

A shame we do not see it full page. I think it would give a better insight. I look at the red and black painting, I see a big concentration in both middles like together but split in colour. I always try to look how I would feel my self when i would paint something likewise. When I would paint this I think I would be in a struggle with myself. A loving very powerfull positive emotion towards something in my head, gets its weight in negativity back. It is holding balance. I like it as a drawing for a libra state of mind. I hope I made it a bit clear?

I am no artist :-) but I have works from every year hahaha, only most of the times not finished. My last one is painting faces and body forms, and I tried to let them look like friends, but since I did it half did divorce or separated. So it is in the corner of my room and there it will stay for a while.

Hi Harj, that's a nice painting and it's great to see where you got your inspiration from. To me (and I'm no expert), this painting represents two worlds or lives colliding, a harmony between them and darkness that is ahead of them which from reading your explanation - probably is that separation. Great work!
