To cap off the year, I made all of the artwork for Coindesk's last big feature Most Influential 2017. The series features ten of the most talked about personalities in the crypto industry, based on their impact on the community this year.

Each person was given a kitschy pop-culture nick name by the editors and I created a portrait based on that name. You can check out all 10 images below (along with the original cover image above). If you're interested in my production notes, I'll be writing about the process of creating each individual cartoon on my gallery site Cryptopop.net every day for the next 5 days.

Epic work you are doing, dude!

Beautiful artwork! Could be made into a manga or cartoon or boardgame. The villain should be Steve Jobs. Of course dozens will protest. But look, Jihan is amazing entrepreneur able to sell and upgrade the mining machines all the time, akin to Intel or PC or Apple monopoly and smart enough to find loophole to make better mining chips. No other engineering out there can design and distribute as he did?
