Falling into the music - original art creation process

Hi, guys!

So, I've started my study immediately after I published my previous post. It's always a bit hard to return to the medium you haven't used for a while, and at the moment it's digital art for me. As I promised, I no longer show the process in every post, but tell a few about what mediums do I use.

I work on Wacom Cintiq. Bought it last year, and still am really happy with it. Earlier I worked on Wacom Intuos, and switching to Cintiq in like changing a bike to a rocket. 

Earlier I used to create sketches for future artworks of paper with ink, then scan it and color in PS. But with Cintiq it's not a problem for me to sketch directly in PS, I always know where my line will be.

So, today I'm developing a girl character for my personal illustrations about my life. So yes, it's kind of a self portrait. It's not finished yet, at the moment I have only line art and basic coloring. I will go on after a tea break:)
