Funny thing is, most of my supplies are here scattered all over and I don't seem to be missing anything else. ha..... I'm sure I slid that binder in somewhere with unlike things, because it would FIT before the move.

I understand trying to use things up. I have a handful of squiggle paintings that were mostly end of bottle paints. A couple had started out as test canvases for something I wanted to try. One I was going to get rid of and whilst on the phone with my Mom one day, just squiggled stuff here and there. The next morning when it was dry I thought hmmmm.... Ode to Jackson Pollack, so it was allowed to stay ahahahaha. I will blog them for the fun of it one day.

Two thoughts, first for books.... I had magazines and other things that finally got in the way. While I was watching tv from time to time, I thumbed through each one and tore out photos or recipes to keep and let the rest of the book or magazine go to the trash. It reduced the size of the space I needed for storage greatly and I kept the best of each.

The other thing is, take a canvas or board, paint it with a neutral color and drizzle sand on it while it is wet or put the sand in the paint so the surface will not be smooth when it dries. Then hot glue all those doodads that you kept to use one day and make a true collage of them. THERE... they are used and now they are a piece of fun art.

Are your paints acrylic or oils? I can't imagine acrylics would survive the heat, but I'm not expert about that. Oils I have no idea.

I do sell my art, but not formally, although I'm working on some ideas that may change that in the not so distant future.

Ha, ha, ha. @jacey.boldart. You have no idea just how many doodads I have. It would take many, many canvases to use them all. 😂

Nice idea though.

My paints are both acrylic and oils although I've never used the latter. The acrylics have separated over the summer and required some intense stirring today to make them usable. 😁

Well.. .if it's going to take THAT many canvases, you better get started right away....LOL.

No can do. I'm off to bed now. 😊 zzzzzzz
