Not a lot to say here. This picture was quite a challenge trying to blend colours and avoid muddying the painting took a few weeks to complete as I had to wait for layers to dry at different stages to try to get the boats to pop and to get the water to look like you can see into it so to speak.
18" x 24" oil on canvas panel painted in Micheal harding paints and various brushes for applying and blending with some knife work and rigger brush used on the boats and reflections. Painted on loxley canvas panel. Hope you like it.

Always so nice to see you post, @jakeknee :) I think you did well with the blending of the colours... Doing see-through or half transparency seems very complicated with real media, but I like the effect that you did here :)
