Hello guys and gals, here is my latest design for cryptogreetings.com. I hope to see it go live by the end of the year. I think this one brings a different flavor the the site. I made the mood a bit dark but tried to keep it funny and light hearted at the same time. We all know Crypto can be stressful. You just gotta hodl...
As usual, I used Affinity Designer to create this illustration. It's similar to Adobe Illustrator but it has some awesome visual FX tools. I can add light,shadow, and 3D effects to my art.
Right, let's take a quick look at the design journey.
- Pencil
This is where it all starts. Straight out of my head...
- Pen
The neat line art makes it easier to create the Vector curves/paths.
- Flat Vector
I really like the basic flat illustration. I think it has a Simpsons/Family Guy style.
- Final
I'm liking the way it turned out. I never really know how it's going to look until after the visual FX. It's pretty interesting that way :)
