Here is a nice minimal painting where I used a small amount of metallic paint. I used the palette knife to create the mountains. You can see that it's like spreading butter on the bread.
The colors are very rich on this one. I think if I were to do this one today, I would tone it down a bit. I still think it has charm and creates a nice relaxing mood.
I'd like to know what the Steemit community thinks about this one. Too much color? Or is it bang on the money?

Looks great! The colors are bright but I think what is catching your attention is the subtle coloring of the leaf and its large size relative to the perspective of the lake. It still works though!

This powerfull colours and the missing refection of the leaf gives the drawing a surreal touch. Do not get me wrong, i enjoy this painting!
