Dear boss(Charcoal on Paper)

Hi steemians,
So I made this charcoal drawing of my boss, still in the Valentines spirit, and I taught it nice to share with everyone .

Drew this piece with my Generals charcoal pencil ,White Gel Pen, kneaded eraser and Alabaster cardboard .
Here is the only progress shot I took

Without further delay ,shaded the jacket and replicated the details on the shirt below.
