new art projects

It's been quite a bit of time since I updated on here so I wanted to give you guys a peak at what I've been up to in the sign and apparel business this week.

One of our biggest clients is a radio station that is consistently growing. They like to get shirts often from us, as well as stickers. At this moment, they are not in need of shirts, but for plenty of stickers and anything else we can print. So what we've been doing are bumper stickers, small insert stickers, journal stickers and tote bags.

The first set of images is of the bumper stickers and of the small and journal sized stickers. They want at least 1,000 of each. We are doing well so far this week, as these are all from this week.

The videos below are of the process of printing and cutting the bumper stickers. The first video is in slow-mo. If that is not of your fancy, the 2nd video is sped up....significally, followed by what it looks like to cut around each sticker once printed.

In addition to the stickers are tote bags. We use an Epson direct-to-garment printer. The first image is of an empty canvas bag before being printed on. The video shows the mid-stage process. The last image is once it has been printed.

In addition to all the stuff for the radio station are a few other projects we have completed. The first is of a citrus sign. We print directly to a vinyl, then cut around the vinyl. Once dry, we place on a product called coroplast, squeegee on and the project is complete. The final set of images is of a bull head a client brought in. They asked if we could trace and cut out in vinyl. This is what the final outline looks like, ready to go to press!

All-in-all, its fun to be busy. Art is fun. Art is beautiful. And I am proud to be able to share my work with you!
