I visited a good friend of mine this Saturday and we played the famous game - 21 questions. Is's about getting to know what famous person is written on the paper placed on the forehead - only by asking yes and no questions to your friends. A really fun game and especially when you play with people with different backgrounds - we had one from Syria, one from Turkey and four Swedes. We sill share a lot of cultural content.

There was also time to draw a quick caricature of her - say what you think :D.

Hahaha, you have captured her look super well! I never can do caricature too well, but again maybe that's because I'm too concentrated on achieving realism. You have captured her expression very well and the shading is lovely.

Thanks! They are fun to do and really good practise even for realism, learning the underlying structures and seeing the fine subtleties.

No thanks needed. :) I should be the one who gives thanks! You have a good point! I've heard from other artists that with caricatures, you force your brain to be creative while still trying to capture the realism. It's a tricky line to walk on.

Que buena caricatura, resaltaste los aspectos claves para que quedara muy bien. Como opinión personal te diría que cuides mas tu sombreado. Trata de hacer un sombreado mas liso, haciendo uso de un algodón y así no se ven esas lineas. Buen post, felicidades.

That is really funny stuff art, and in my opinion your friend really laughed on this work because this is really funny. And yes, sometimes it's really great to have some simple games, but sometimes they prove fun and effective and stay memorable. I am waiting for the tutorial. Wow! great illustration, the character has personality. I would like to continue seeing more works in caricature, they are very few (good) in Steemit.
I like the character that has you stroke.

Thanks a lot!! I have been thinking of making more caricatures and maybe host a contest. But as you say, haven't seen too many skilled caricaturists on Steemit so I will wait a bit more and only post the ones I make anyway.
