Take a moment to look around. Look around as if you have never existed before as if all your memories and past experiences are just a fleeting sense of presence keeping you grounded.
Try to remove all labels of the external, the bird is not a magpie, but the individual bird, the desk is not a desk, it just is. Take a moment to try and look around as if you have just opened your eyes for the very first time, ever, and the world around you is alien. As if you know nothing of the world, what has been told to you up until now is gone and all that is, is.
Too often we associate the definitions of our experience with pre-programmed labels only designed to communicate specifics.
Break free once in a while, see the world express itself to you in the way it intended.
