Slow and steady, I already see your # of followers and $ amounts getting a bit bigger. Long term entrepreneur style attitude towards this platform is a key I think. Might take 6-8 months to see awesome numbers, but, I'd be on other social medias doing the same shit anyway for free lol

Gunna stick with it. I did read somethings about steemit being a ponzi scheme, and how it only let's you pull out 1% of your amount every 7 days or so... + conversion fees + pending waits which make getting the right bitcoins at the right times harder... and I think from the calculations it would take like 20 years to pull out full amount, but I don't care too much about that because you can still pull out some $ and thats already better than insta and FB. Plus, I get to also support a blockchain social media which is decentralized etc. There are also some energy issues regarding decentralization and cryptocurrency in general... super computers use up alot of energy just to keep track of bit coins etc.. But I think with more $ and efforts we can fix those problems in the long run. Feeling optimistic. Even tho I read a few cons, also read some pros. Stoked about the future of all of this :::)

It takes time to power down and cash out your Steem Power, but from what I understand Steem and Steem Dollars are liquid on the cryptomarket. It keeps all the "whales" from being able to pump & dump and actually makes the platform more stable by not being able to take out Steem Power all at once and making it a bit of a pain and a long process. The more I learn acout cryptos the more I see in common with regular currencies. Where does the value come from? People agree it has value, that's about it... HOw come you can't cash out all the coins on one place? It's like foreign currencies, most will take American $, Euros and maybe Pounds and Yen, but go with Nicaraguan Cordobas or Thai Bhat and you can;t change those just anywhere.. I used to collect world coins. There;s tons of currencies that don;t exist anymore and are worthless now, countries that don;t exist anymore or have been taken over and are part of other countries now etc.. Money's kinda weird any way you look at it lol

Right, and with cryptocurrency being a speculative market with no gold as backup or anything makes it a little problematic but we'll figure it out as we go.
