Aspirations and Goals!

Well, I have been asked many times what my plans are for modeling, and how far I plan on going. To answer that question, I am not sure how far I will make it, but I'm excited to see how far I can push myself. I want to make the cover of a magazine, something really cool. I love being able to collaborate and do unusual shoots that no one else has done. Photography, I have noticed, has picture trends. For example, glitter shoots and smoke bomb shoots... a trend where everyone does the same type of shoot just in a different way. I like to come up with concepts that aren't trends and are super artistic. I also LOVE crazy head pieces. One awesome thing about Brian DeMint is that he likes to create art on the spot. He waited me to get there and grabbed random pieces and transformed it from his idea to an actual theme. He also does actual paintings, and they are beautiful! I wish I had the skill to paint... may try and practice some time. My biggest concern is being a good mother to my daughter. I want her to see and understand the beauty in the world and know much more than the school systems teach. I plan on homeschooling her or hiring like a private teacher for her. They teach Edison but not Tesla. It is irritating. There is so much to learn, and schools aren't doing enough. I graduated in the top ten percent of my graduating class when in high school. I didn't have the best childhood, so I want to make sure that my child does. Also, people judge me because I do nude and lingerie shoots, and I am a mom! Mom's deserve to feel sexy and have fun. I will also explain to my daughter (at an appropriate time) that I do those types of shoots with people who I am comfortable with and safety is a priority. And I want her to know that I do respect my body, hence why I am picky who I do nude work with. My goal in life to become a geneticist. I love science and am a total nerd. lol I am currently applying for a surgical tech program so I can support my family while going to school. So, wish me luck! I have also been interested in the medical field and can't wait to help people. If I get into the tech program, I will start school in January and graduate in December next year. (: Another goal of mine is to declutter my house. lol I had a yardsale not too long ago and got rid of a bunch of crap. I am also still job searching :/ My husband is a disabled veteran and is unable to work and I am the breadwinner in the family. My husband was in the Marines and also had a motor cycle wreck. He has a traumatic brain injury and numerous medical problems. We are fighting for Social Security, but it's been ongoing for years. He has been super supportive of me.
