White Painted Rooms and the effects it has on moods and emotions.

Humans tend to gravitate towards some certain colours, as a result of this, researches have been made so as to understand the relationship between colours and the human emotion.
I am writing about the white colour, its significance and how it affects human emotions, especially when used to paint a room..

The white colour is associated with purity, divinity and a sense of cleanliness.. White is a colour that radiates light and gives a very good sense of comfort, wellbeing and safety to occupants of a white painted environment..
When white is being used to paint a room or space, it gives the occupants of that room an enhanced perception of large space and in most cases exaggerates the space capacity of that particular room..
White is a neutral colour that can be combined with any other colour in the colour chain since it blends into all other colours..
This is why most hospitals and health related buildings use white in their rooms so as to give their patients and anyone who stays inside the feeling of safety and perfect well-being.
The fact that colours affect human emotions is a very strong reason why choosing colours for homes office space, e.t.c should not be underated.. It should be carefully considered..
