Happy 2018!!! How was your turn of the year?
I went into town for a bit and walked around the milling crowds, with music playing people dancing. But once I had my fill of that, I headed back home for the final count down. There is a park nearby where people usually head to let off their fireworks, as well as on the streets, so it is usually a good show.
Although I do have to make an admission. Enough said.
I did get outside to watch the fireworks. Afterwards I was again... I have been watching the drama around a pump and dump of coin I bought into. It has been a very educational for me to follow this in detail, just to see how coordinated these a profiteering actions are across various social media networks, Twitter, Reddit and chat groups. What is appalling, is how easily an army of wannabe whales are recruited by bigger wannabes and so on, all thinking that they are king of dung heap. It it is quite akin to network marketing, where those at the very pinnacle are creaming in the profits.
Anyhow, now that is out of the way, I'm back to business with painting. So expect more artwork from me this coming year. Like you, I have no idea what will come off the easel, so I'm enthusiastic. There is so much to do this year!
