If things are difficult, stop for a while and concentrate yourself. If things are ugly, think for a while and meditate. One minute before reacting is better than reacting at all in first place. Don't ever pretend you are undervalued just because you didn't do anything. Keep yourself in silent and meditate: answers always come on the right time!
