Saturday night; everyone is out but I'm working non stop on my painting project; FINCA VIGIA -a new hot bar that opened its doors last week and I was asked to provide the art. The owner is interested in figurative art, only female portraits and nudes.
We have already agreed on a couple of office art pieces (incl. Cubana https://steemit.com/art/@mariandavp/cubana-office-art-by-mariandavp) but I need to work on 4-6 additional artworks until the end of August.
So here it is, the first one exclusively made for Finca Vigia, the Cactus Flower.
Acrylics on canvas, 50x100 cm. I used colors and techniques that I believe will look good in low light and the bar's dark green background.
This is Finca Vigia; a cuban-like bar inspired by Hemingway's books.

I didn't really notice until just now something, I am grateful for from you. I saw the painting behind the featured cactus flower in these pictures and it hit me! @mariandavp s art has influenced my style!
